Strategy:

Fellowship: This deck is a pure race deck. Its meant to be a bare bones deck that focuses on racing through up to 4 sites every turn.
Radagast is the heart of the deck; he is there to increase the move limit and to do it well. He has no possessions, if he dies bring him back using Sent Back's ability and one of the three 'spare' Radagasts in the deck. Elendil TT is there to increase the move limit if necessary and to be another meatshield for Isildur. Narsil BOTF can make Elendil big as well as increasing the move limit. Scroll of Isildur bolsters Isildur's resistance by spotting itself, the Sapling of the White Tree and Narsil. The four copies Guard of the White Tree serve as extra meatshields; they each have an Armor as well as having nearly half of the deck devoted to [gondor] conditions to feed their ability.  :P

Shadow: The shadow is non-existent. As this is a race deck the worst thing that could happen to the free peoples is to have their hand clogged and this aims to prevent that. The shadow is made up of 30 common and uncommon free conditions with the addition of Hides; they are to be played immediately to unclog your hand so you can quickly set up your fellowship.

Sites: Heck, you're not to going to get to play more than one of these because of all the moving you will be doing, still, heres a bunch of
sites that will help to choke.

All constructive critiscm and or ideas relative to the deck type welcome.  ;)

No Business of Ours isn't really a good idea as it has spotting requirements.

I remember seeing a no minion deck before, they are interesting but I cant help but think, once your opponents clue in, he will triple every time. All I have to do is slow you down...

I would replace the First Level for more Sapling of the White Tree, as wound prevention is what you need most. Do you plan on going first? If so, throw in Thorongil and The Prancing Pony, he is more vitality and can have Anduril for more vitality.

Hides. And cut the stuff that requires spotting minions.

First Level is ok with Turgon and Alcarin, but that is more of a Tower block deck. It would get gobbled in Expanded.

I agree with Jedi Frog

Uruk-hai Rampage also requires Uruk-hai spot when played but you can replace it with some other C/U (0) cost condition like Great Cost, Lying in Wait, Swarming Like Beetles, Trail of Terror, Unforgiving Depths etc (https://lotrtcgwiki.com/forums/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi50.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Ff342%2FSkypeSmileys%2Fthumbsup.gif&hash=5f8c109ed7a2c01decdad0060cfbbec43d121268)

As he has no minions there will never be a maneuver phase.

Ah, tis true.

I'm confused as to your choice of freeps conditions? And companions? It seems to me that Aragorn with some tokens may be better, as is starting Denethor, able to set up the run.

Since you run, which overloads the twilight pool, I'd run the knight Aragorn, healing rocks. Faramir, Defender of Osgiliath can also help chain out a knight as well as get the bonus. Run decks should always run 9 companions. You should also run a condition or something that can wipe minions from the board in the regroup.

I would add Catapult. It is great vs cloged hand and you can sometimes hit a minion with stone :)
