Focus your chi, bend your mind into a higher astral plane, center your thoughts on the future, eat a bowl of chili and let loose a slurry of farts... do whatever you need to do in order to predict your own future.
I've determined, after MUCH chili-meditating, that I'll be getting ready to be married before 2009 ends. No evidence to support this but there it is.

- Hmm I predict that my life is going to change drastically.
- I plan on getting back into shape (stupid high school football coach fed us linemen ungodly amounts of food to fatten us up for football a few years ago )
- Change degrees (engineering isn't my thing, well... math isn't my thing actually ](*,))
- Finish writing my first book (hoping to start submitting to Critters Writing Workshop for editing)
- I will sell my motorcycle and get myself a car
- I will move into my first apartment
- I will actually get some Rise of Saruman cards (maybe even a foil or "gasp" a masterworks card [-o<)

Oy. Predictions and probability estimates.
- I will become a Sophomore in College (99.9% chance)
- I will lose my cynical nature (60% chance. If it happens, I'll explain.)
- The world will descend into complete and utter chaos and anarchy (45% chance)
- Scientists will capture the Loch Ness Monster alive (10% chance)
- Frank_the_Hippo will return to TLHH in all his hippo-ish glory (2% chance)
- Decipher will make a sudden comeback (0.0000000000000001% chance)

I'm gonna graduate from college.

Well, I might switch jobs and actually become a lawyer, but that's not a very much likely scenario, although I might switch for another job working for the State. Even if I stay at my current job, I'm still switching areas, I'm gonna work within the Grand Jury area. Aside from that, I'm either considering travelling around the country, or going to Argentina again, or even maybe the US. If I end up deciding against this, then I'm getting a new car, probably a New Civic or a Corolla. There might also be some other news for 2009, but I'll sve those for now... ;)

I begin work with the NSA on January 20th. AKA I (probably) stop posting on TLHH during the daytime January 20th. :P But I'll be picking up evening and weekend activity to compensate.
Other than that...uh...maybe I'll get a full night's sleep again sometime this year? Ah, the joys of early parenthood.

I will start going to public school for 3 periods instead of 1...aside from that...maybe become more mainstream politically?

Yeah, right. Between work, your wife and little Elaina, we'll be lucky if we hear from you once a week. ;)

I'm REALLY hoping that does not happen, and I think it won't. Elaina will get more independent and require less hands-on attention as time goes by (three months is supposedly a big turning point), and the increase in sleep I should be getting soon--as well as my MUCH shorter commute--should mean I have time to keep up. Perhaps not every single day like I usually have in the past, but still more frequently than 90% of the populace. 85% if you count SoP multiple times, which he probably deserves. :P
Ya'll ain't getting rid of me THAT easily! :vader:

Whats stopping you from being politically mainstream?

nothing ;) I've just been very far to the right for a while. I'm finally mature enough to realize that other people aren't the devil just because they think that the government should provide its citizens with health care.
@dain: LOL
