I like where you're going. However, I'd probably start both elves and fetch Aragorn with Prancing Pony. Sure, it adds a ton of twilight, but you'd probably be alright for the first turn anyway. I don't like Hosts of the Last Alliance very much, not Curse Their Foul Feet, I think Sting does the job quite nicely. I'd probably consider actually losing Arwen completely for Sam, Proper Poet, because he ROCKS combined with Stealth effects early on. I'd play a second copy of Elrond (and change him for Lord of Rivendell), as well as Celeborn, and pack Thror's Map (Anduin Confluence hurts) and Bilbo to create a constant stream of hobbit cards. I'd probably play Might of Numenor and a set of Gondor Bowmen, as well as more gear for Aragorn and probably lose the pumps in favor of The Last Alliance of Elves and Men.
-
PS: You could also pack a Pippin, Hobbit of Some Intelligence in there, just in case you face off against non-swarm shadows, so you can start him and Boromir, and IF you can find room, maybe a Diendal. Then again, if you're playing Moria Swarm, and pack the cicling Elrond and lose the events (maybe some PATHS, but that'd be it), you can probably get away with a slightly bigger deck, say 35 each.

Perhaps I'm missing something... What is a slim moria?
-
I thought it is clear: "Slim Moria Swarm" means to play such a huge amount of [Moria] minions, that the ringbearer gets overwhelemed, without needing more than 32 cards in your shadow deck
-
So you play 32 minions? Cheap minions?
-
To swarm the opponent's ringbearer usually means to play a lot of cheap minions. Although they are very weak, together, [Moria] minions are really nasty.
4 Goblin Sneak
4 Goblin Backstabber
4 Goblin Runner
4 Goblin Scavengers
4 Goblin Scimitar
2 Goblin Swarms
2 Goblin Armory
2 Cave Troll of Moria, Scourge of the Black Pit
2 The Balrog, Flame of Udun
2 Moria Scout
2 Host of thousands
-
You don't need Trolls, and you CERTAINLY don't need a second Balrog.
-
Here are the things you need to improve for your shadow:
- Crowd control (I suggest Ulaire Nertea)
- Survive against archery decks... Use Goblin Wallcrawler, more Goblin Armory... I usually like to mix Isengard Orcs (Isengard Warrior) with my Moria decks. Also, make sure you use the site 7 that skips the archery phase (I have seen too many Moria players not using it on GCCG).
- Where are They are coming and Relics of Moria?
Honestly, I've never used a Moria deck that had less than 35 cards.
