hi all, im new to this site and i was pleasantly surprised when i discovered it ;-)
i've been playing lotr from its beginning until november 2005. i'm from czech republic and the lotr community used to be huge. when the shadows came out, number of player started to fall low. i think the reasons are obvious. now any lotr tcg events are very rare in our country..
recently i've been reminiscing over those years when i was playing, and i would like to do it again. but i sold all my cards except foil collection and also all my friends from "the golden times of lotr tcg" aren't playing anymore...
is there a way how to play online? i've downloaded lackey, but i have problems with lotr plugin. are there some servers where players meet etc? i would appreciate any advice from you, thx :)

SAHI, as the maintainer of the LotR plugin for Lackey, I have to say... don't use it! :P
GCCG is much better and you'll find many players online willing to play. Usually when I log in there are 3-6 people on and looking for games. Games are being played every day. For more information on GCCG, check the Green Dragon board. :)
SdA is also a good program, but it seems like most SdA users are inactive, and it has certain port-forwarding requirements. Link to SdA is in the Useful Resources post in the Golden Hall board.

thank you, i'll try that GCCG.
if you could post some useful links..

Go to the Green Dragon Inn subsection of the board, there is a how to install GCCG.

oh i see..
if i checked all the subsections first i wouldn't need to start this topic ;-)
sory then :)
