The new point is to use Maelstrom Archangel to play free big stuff. The deck should control fairly well with Scullers, Esper Charms, Jund Charms, Drag Down, etc, postpone the game, and then late-game start dropping your big smashers and bash face.

Well, domain IS shaky anyway, so you're good. Whah I'm gonna say is: you have too few fetchlands. I'd consider Mana Cylix to fix your colors a bit, and you can lose Obelisk if you're going aggro, too darn slow. Also Maelstrom Angel dies not quite fit in with the whole aggro/weenie theme, you don't have a lot of spells you'll want to play for free anyway. You could consider the new Phoenix, which can auto-recur, as an "annoying" threat, but for the mana cost, I'd just go with Fusion Elemental (although I wouldn't actually play anything with that cost).

Dropped some of the stuff for more Armillary Spheres.
-
I think you can consider dropping the Tower Gargoyles, or at least playing SANCTUM Gargoyles.

Okay, so after testing it, the weenie strategy doesn't seem to be working real well. A typical round goes 2 different basics = Armillary Sphere = 2 more different basics = Tuurn 4 Exploding Borders to hit for 5 and then...turn 5 you've got 6 mana into a Wild Nacatl and a 3 drop? Nope, not really working well. I need something bigger to bash with, I'll keep some of the cheap stuff, like Thrinax on the SB, War Monk is cool, Nacatl is still awesome and Sculler is teh pwn, but perhaps something bigger, like a bunch of control stuff and/or big stuff (Maelstrom Angel, Empyrial Archangel, Stoic Angel, etc)
What think ya of the strategy?

If you ply Maelstrom Angel, then pack stuff that make it worth it playing him. You could consider some Planeswalkers (Nicol Bolas?) and Ultimatums.
-
Done. And Stoics.

I like maindecked Jund Charm, but I'm afraid it might be counterinteractive with Tidehollow Sculler. Maybe move the scullers to the sideboard, against control decks? I'm also not very fond of "aggro" sideboards, the deck is not tuned to have speed after all, so you can't just "force" it in out of the board.

Thrinax is actually a defense play, because it can chump itself 4 times, that's why its in the board. I missed the Sculler mix-up, I may play those in the SB as opposed to Fiery Fall, Nacatl are there again U control, they allow you to actually bash blue face, sic 'em down on a 1 drop after they tap out to counter something, smack for 3 and force them to bounce or fog, they're just a pain cuz they're tough to remove with blue decks. Relic of Progenitus is a tech against Unearth and Fiery Fall is there because I couldn't think of a cooler card to put in and it has basic landcycling.

How about the uncounterable red burn? That can go for the head and win the game?
