Does the text from Belt of Erebor cancel out damage bonuses from events like Violent Hurl?

  I guess so! Since it doesn´t specify a source from damage bonus (from weapons, etc.) i guess it count for any damage bonus, from game text to possession and events.

Yes. Each time something adds or subracts from a minion or companion's strength, both are recalculated, and the same goes with damage bonuses.

Good, that's what I thought, but it was questioned in a game so I thought I'd check. I suppose the same would go for similar cards like Mithril-Coat. :up:
