Title: Foreign Promos???

Well i recieved some French Promos foil cards and i'm wondering if anyone knows of other foreign cards (foil or non) that aren't available in America. For French i know of 12TF1-4 and 13TF1-5, anyone know of others and how i can get them?  :hey:

Ulaire toldea, black shadow and eomer, eored leader are available in several languages... i have all of them, if you'd be interested.

Why would decipher print out non listed promos - specific to non english.
Are they counted as part of the LOTR set - considering there non english and there is no alternate versions?
Cause ive got a set all bar the aragorn promo - but i dont want to have to go through now and obtain these foreign language promos that arnt obtainable in english version.
