I have World Tour but only with 2 Guitars... still amazing.

Being a metal head I prefer Guitar Hero 3, Knights of Cydonia on Hard is why my arms are hurting!

I have GH2, GH3, & Rock Band 2.  I have discovered that my pinky finger is useless and if it was cut off in a horrible accident it wouldn't affect my guitar playing in the least.

Mine works just fine, but I have a friend who's struggling with the same issue.

Me and my bro got World Tour for Christmas. I suck at the guitar so I always play drums which I rock at. Or sing, but the singings easy.

No pinky will make the transition to Hard basically impossible. Through the Fire and Flames on Expert without a finger... I dont think so.

Being a drummer IRL, Im curious how do the drums feel?

I think they're the most realistic instrument - for example, really good guitar players often can't just start playing GH on expert, but really good drum players are often a lot better at drums on Rock Band and whatnot.

I'm mostly a guitar guy, but since I realize I'll never beat Dragonforce (and for me, that's really the final frontier...) I've started on drums. Which are much harder than guitar sometimes. My right leg muscle is getting a lot more built up than my left...

I think real life drummers must be really good at the Guitar Hero drums cos you need to be good at keeping a rhythm and being aware of the drums in front of him without looking which normal drummers have to be good at of course.

Any tips on how to play the packed notes on Knights of Cydonia? I can get past that part but I always start to lose the energy to keep playing them!

make sure you do plenty of pinky-pull-ups if you want to stay at the top of your game.
