I heard about nice deck using Northmen Rohan and Gandalf Ringbearer. Anyone can give me a clue what to play there?

Gandalf, Bearer of Obligation
The One Ring, Ring of Rings
1x *Eomer, Northman (17R95)
2x *Eowyn, Northwoman (17R96)
2x *Erkenbrand, Master of Westfold (0P59)
1x *Merry, Swordthain (7R321)
3x *Radagast, The Brown (9R+26)
4x Home and Hearth (12C122)
2x Watch and Wait (12R35)
2x Ease the Burden (11U29)
2x Nine-fingered Frodo and the Ring of Doom (10C112)
3x Unheeded (8R115)
1x *Pallando, Far-travelling One (13R37)
1x *Eomer's Spear, Trusty Weapon (15R124)
1x *Eowyn's Sword, Dernhelm's Blade (7R230)
1x *Erkenbrand's Shield (18R97)
1x *Firefoot, Eomer's Steed (7R232)
2x *Glamdring, Foe-hammer (11R35)
1x *Radagast's Herb Bag (18R26)
2x *Shadowfax, Greatest of the Mearas (17R24)
1x Coif (12R111)
2x Riddermark Javelin (11U151)
1x Rider's Bow (13U135)
2x Rider's Mount (15C133)
This is my standard format 'BoO with RB+ Rohan' deck. It is highly susceptible to corruption, although Shadowfax has pulled of a few surprise wins for me!

i really like this deck, but there are defently too less companions in it, which means that merry will be assignt too often and the Home and Hearth combo won't work. ;)
to my mind EACH rohan deck (if the format allows it) must have Aragorn, Defender of Rohan.
and with 38 cards it's too large.... you should cut down 4-6 cards or you'll nearly never have a good draw.
but yeah, it's quite a nice deck.

But what if your opponent dont play any minion on you? You cant use Merry or Watch and wait.
-
He has the point. Bearer of Obligation in a [Gandalf] deck at least can survive by discarding cards from hand, but if I see that my opponent is using him in a different culture deck, I just wouldn't play minions and let him corrupt himself.
-
:o That can not work as it is list here I think.
For exemple Ninefingered frodo does remove only 1 burden - with [Gandalf] cards, you may prevent 1,5 burden - and you could use its ability.
Let me think about it... I will write later more....

Gandalf, Bearer of Obligation
*Eomer, Northman
*Aragorn, Strider
2x Radagast, The Brown
2x Glamdring, Foe-Hammer
2x Ease the burden
2x Watch and Wait
2x Jarnsmid
2x Erland
2x Treebeard, Keeper of Watchwood
2x The Flame of Anor
2x Grimbeorn
2x Grimbeorns Axe
2x Sent Back
New Authority
Shadowfax, Greates of the mearas
Scroll of Isildur
Anduril, forged by telchar
Sapling of the white tree
Noooo, I need more time... Sorry!
I thought about Sam, Steadfast friend and Scroll of Isildur, combined with the red arrow.
Grimbeorn and Erland take Cards back into hand. Treebeard can play the discarded conditions.
The rest is dedicated for burden removing. But the whole thing is not an Rohan-Northman thing anymore. But I will keep thinking on this...

You only have to discard [Gandalf] cards. I like the idea of Aragorn and Scroll of Isildur... interesting

@Elrohir: Taurnil asks for a rohan part of the deck, too. what you posted my friend is completely different. ;)
-
but yet interesting, indeed the scroll part is nice...never thought of it for other ARB than Isildur....

In case an opponent pulls off a no-minion stunt, seems like you'd need independent fellowship/regroup phase burden removal and/or plenty of [Gandalf] cards to discard. Throw in a bunch of [Rohan] possessions, and I'm having trouble getting the whole thing to work.
For burden removal, GotM + Citadel to Gate might hold the line. Faramir, Wizard's Pupil can also soak up threats.
Surrendered Weapons could cut down on the number of [Rohan] possessions to stock, plus really fire up Undaunted.
Just a couple of thoughts... *goes back to poke and prod*
