Why is this card so expencive: 0P15 Legolas, Son of Thranduil?

I saw this card on the internet for about 100 to 120 dollars.

Yeah Gandalf's Cart is a big rip-off. I was told the card was actually worth $3-$7 and yet I see it listed soemtimes as high as $100.

For an Uncommon?????? That's a way to become rich.. I've got plenty of them.. I'll sell them for half the price $50...gnagna

During much time it was the higher priced card in LoTR, but now it worths only a little.
Maybe you're looking in old sites or they're really willing to rich by selling it this way...
