Since the last topic was shuted and i think we really need one to get players informed about the tourney i made a new one, i know we will not have problems with this one...
-
Since Kain can only play at night and weekends we agree to play or match today (2nd March).
It was a fun and relaxed game to my part, Kain was genttle enough to let me take back one bad decision (i miss a site game text and that would be very bad to me if he didn't let me take back one decision). He punish me all the way but i got very lucky (well, he got very unlucky draws at a key moment) and i manage to win the game!
I have to thanks Kain for the great game we had and wish more lucky draws on the next matches ;)
So we already have the first result: Pepin won against Kain
-
Well, good game manuel. I lost >.< terrible shadow draws for the first few sites, and made a mistake that almost gave mauel a shadow kill. But it was still fun, and good job to Manuel!
Manuel won against Sweet

Well, a very nice game against Malachi. I wont go into details, but I corrupted his Rb at site 8, something that wasnt expected really. I will give more details later as to protect our deck choices.
Malachi, thanks again for letting me fix that deck. Else it would be a walkover for you.
Ringbearer beats Malachi.

Just Finished the game with Clockwork. Hes a really good opponent, and, as always, our game was a very close one. But it looks like I was a little luckyer today, so I won... (maybe it was the dice roll in the begining ;))
Result: Bombadil won against Clockwork.
-
Yeah, close game. GG.

Played the 2nd round Game with Pepin. We both had very impressive Free Peoples hands throughout the game, but not an impressive shadow. As a result the game became a crazy run to win. We bid the same amount and I went 1st by rolling dices, so I eventually won. It was a bit of luck, but also a bit of skill, since none of us could actually hurt the other.
Result: Malachi won against Pepin.
-
Yeah, crazy draws!!!
I can say that this game was almost decided in the dice-rolling
maybe next time i will bid higher!
-
Nice game between Bombadil and me, lots of thinking on each side :) Quite close, but in the end I win. Thanks!
Result: Manuel wins against Bombadil
-
I guess GT will not join the tourney in time, so mm gets a won by bye and faces Ringbearer at round 2. Kain get a won by bye at round 2.
So results 1st round: mm won by bye
2nd round: Kain won by bye
Lets proceed, the second round is almost done
-
ok, there is a small possibility, GT and i will play tonight. but he hasn't pm-ed me, and i am going to be gone from 6:30-9 or 10. or even 11. so, most likely, GT will drop out.
-
I await eagerly whom I have to play :)
-
ok, GT didn't even PM me tonight, so i'm guessing he's gone. i can drop out also, if you want to keep an even number of players. let me know.

No worries man, you are already in i can turn back on you... You will get first won by bye.
Prepare for next round against RB!

I played macheteman and won in a nice game, with luck at my side.
He forgot to register the deck so he did that afterwards, witnessed by me.
Result: Ringbearer wins vs machete
-
Clockwork won vs Sweet
-
I confirm that.
-
Played with Ringbearer some minutes ago. I had really bad draws, and made some mistakes in the beginning of the game, so I could do nothing as he got ahead and runned to the end. This one wasnt even close :P
Result:
Ringbearer won vs Bombadil.
-
Confirmed.
-
Kain vs Matchmen
Match undecided, matchmen have to go.......... in site 8....
¬.¬
Game saved to continue later....
-
Malachi sent me a PM 3 days ago but I havent been able to anwer until now, sorry. Hopefully we'll get our game played soon.
-
We played the game with Manuel. At the beginning we were fairly even, but on site 4 I made a mistake, so he was able to kill a companion. Since then I was going downhill and ended up with my Ringbearer being overwhelmed on site 7.
Result:
Manuel won against Malachi

Sweet won vs. Pepin.
Indeed. made a big mistake that cost me the game (as always ;))
Anyway, i don't like the deck i'm playing so i can't wait for the tourney to finish to delete this one :hey:
Great fun playing sweet as always
-
I almost posted our complete deck strategies without thinking :P fortunately I caught it quick :D
-
Kain Won Vs Matcheteman
-
Kain Won Vs Matcheteman
very close game. VERY close.
-
As far as i know we ended up like this:
Manuel - The Champ *:) - 4 wins
Rinbearer - 2nd place - 3 wins
Pepin, Kain, ClockWork and Bombadil - 3rd place - 2 wins
Malachi, Sweet and macheteman - 7th place - 1 win
I hope everyone had fun playing this tourney. I would like to make a new one, maybe aloowing deck changing or something but i'm really a bit busy these ast days to organize it alone, so if someone wanna do it i can give a little hand
I didn't checked the logs to see if no one have changed the deck during tourney but i guess that would not b a problem.
-
my only win came on a forfeit, so... feel free to put me at the bottom: "8th place 1 forfeit."
-
Had a lot of fun, :gp: for everyone!
Ps.: next time Ill test my dek first and you will all be doomed  :P

Yeah, that will be for both of us.
By the way we should set up a local tourney with real cards someday...what do you say?
