Title: Isildur, sb + narsil's ability

just a small question:

When I win a skirmish with the isildur, sb, wearing narsil, forged by telchar which ability goes first? Or can I choose first to exert him to discard a possession and the heal him?

Unfortunately he has to heal a companion first. His text is a required action, whereas Narsil is optional (uses "may").
