yesterday I was at this event with all kinds of games you could try and buy. I ran into Pirates. Does anyone here play it? I liked it a lot. Had fun with a friend of mine, nuking eachother's ships allll the time

You talking about the Wizkids game? I love that. Collected it for about a year. Still play from time to time.

yeah that one. I was wondering. I was introduced to it and it was plain simple. If you shot all the masts from the opponent he was send to his home island. But then I read the rules and is it true that a sunken ship is taken out of the game? Can not be in play again? And the treasures? Are they taken by the one who shot the other? I have found two conflicting rules. One says the treasures are devided equally and the other is saying the one who shot the other is taking as much treasures as he can take....
Oh and can you repair one mast a turn or can you repair your entire ship in one turn? How many points do you play?

played for a while, it gets kinda boring though, and though the concept is kewl, the thing is crew really make the ship, not the ship itself.
there is a CRD and FAQ somewhere on the website, its like 50 pages, but is NECESSARY for serious playing. they just sit where they are sun, and you can either tow them, or if they have an oarsmen or shipwright you can repair them where they are.
treasure is divided equally between sinker and sunk, with odd numbers going to sinker.
