Title: Expanded Middle Earth?
Post by: MuadDib85 on March 14, 2009, 08:20:16 PM: Has anyone ever found a Masterworks in one of the random 11, 12, 13 boosters you get in the EMEDDB?
Also can you find foils in starter decks?
I once opened a reflections booster and all 18 cards were foil! ;D

Foils are never found in starter decks.

You found a "god pack". They were inserted on purpose into reflections boxes at a rate of (iirc) 1 every 12 boxes (1 case). I eventually got one myself, but it took closer to a case and a half for me.

All of reflections are foil - but not all cards in a reflection booster, unless it is a "god pack".

18 foils! I only bought 2 boxes of reflections as well! Lucky find.

the first shadow boosters i got had a sword rack foil and Legolas foil

I haven't ever noticed that, well spotted.
Gimli LOTGC would be a nice masterworks, they could use the pipe. :)

I agree Gandalf and Elven Alternate Templates are the best, some of The Nazgul MWS are alright too (the foil part), I like 15O7
