please could you please list me some cards that are essential to build a nazgul corruption deck?
in open format...
-
Enquea,Threat of the One, Keening Wail (http://lotrtcgdb.com/pages/LOTR11211.html), Between Nazgul and Prey (http://lotrtcgdb.com/pages/LOTR08067.html) for Enquea then you're (http://lotrtcgdb.com/pages/LOTR11098.html) working at a turbocorruption deck.
-
I like using the Lingering Shadow/Enquea Duplicitous Lieutenant/Dark Fell About Him combo. For Standard.
But its fun to use Witch King LotN/ Resistance Becomes Unbearable to get the ring on the finger and slap them with Wraith-world.

A few more :)
Sense of Obligation (http://lotrtcgdb.com/pages/LOTR12170.html)
Gates of the Dead City (http://lotrtcgdb.com/pages/LOTR03081.html)
It Wants to be Found (http://lotrtcgdb.com/pages/LOTR02078.html)

wow thanks, maybe in the ringwraith's wake too? or blade tip? i saw it and i was very surprised... it's great!
-
I particularly don't see In the Ringwraith's wake being used a lot lately... but blade tip yes! It's very powerful!
-
I may be weird, but I'm personally a fan of Attea, Wraith on Wings with initiative stuff.
Gates of the Dead City + Shotgun Enquea = fun.
-
Toldea, Black Shadow with either Keening Wail or It Wants to be Found & Twilight Nazzies
-
Ulaire Nertea, Dark Horseman can sometimes corrupt on his own. :P
But you can't go wrong with Enquea, Thrall of the One. A solo deck using Bent on Discovery, The Ring Draws Them, and Between Nazgul and Prey to exert can be pretty mean, but it's weak to wounding / outright minion removal.
If you use LotN I'd strongly recommend running Wormtongue as well to cut Durin down to size. Otherwise he can't win... and he has to win. Be ready to hit with Wraith-world when the ring is worn.
And if by chance Gandalf is annoying you to no end (e.g. with Foe-hammer)... Too Great and Terrible. ;)
-
ánd if you're running LotN, a fell beast is a must!
-
Of course! They get His Terrible Servants as well, the envy of their... less twilighty brethren.
Although maybe the sturdier approach is Sense of Obligation with some self-assigning via Dark Horseman, Messenger of Morgul, and Between Nazgul and Prey. IIRC NBarden has a wicked build that goes all the way with Mauhur and Bill Ferny, Agent of Saruman.
For a more [Wraith]-centric build, I'll just toss this out there. Incidentally I haven't played this decktype before so this is firmly in the oh-these-look-nice-I'll-throw-them-in stage... *grin*
32 cards.
2 The Witch-king, Captain of the Nine Riders (great for toil)
4 Ulaire Enquea, Thrall of the One
2 Ulaire Nelya, Thrall of the One (or Cantea/Ostea...)
4 Ulaire Nertea, Dark Horseman (self-assigning... more or less)
3 Ulaire Toldea, Messenger of Morgul (self-assigning)
1 Ithil Stone
2 Bent on Discovery (exertions and draws)
1 Out of Sight and Shot
4 Sense of Obligation
2 All Blades Perish (an exhausted Nazgul getting picked off is no fun)
3 Keening Wail (especially against Ring-bound decks when SoO doesn't work)
4 Between Nazgul and Prey
-
4x Sense of Obligation(12U170)
3x Between Nazgul and Prey(8R67)
4x Captured by the Ring(7C53)
3x Led Astray(11U45)
2x *Gollum, Stinker(5R25)
4x *Shelob, Her Ladyship(10R23)
1x *Ulaire Cantea, Black Assassin(12R174)
4x *Ulaire Enquea, Thrall of the One(10R68)
1x *Ulaire Nertea, Black-Mantled Wraith(7U217)
2x *Ulaire Nertea, Servant of the Shadow(13C184)
2x Web(8C30)
I guess Nertea, selfassigner could go somewhere here, but I had fun with this deck. It is small, it is dirty and too annoying to play against. You need some twilight, but Led Astray is awesome...
