[3] •Durin, The Deathless [Dwarf]
Companion•Dwarf
Strength: 6
Vitality: 4
Resistance: 6
Damage +1.
Durin is strength +1 for each Dwarf you can spot.
This Durin is too much weaker than his counterpart. He has no twilight reduction, has weaker base strength and an ability that is counterproductive to most small Dwarf beatdown fellowships
[2] Hobbit Archer [Shire]
Companion•Hobbit
Strength: 4
Vitality: 4
Resistance: 8
Archer.
Exert this companion to add 1 to the fellowship archery total. (Limit +1.)
Interesting. Dont see the flavour of this card, and having 4 of these out means a guaranteed 8 wounds each fellowship archery phase, given Hobbits healing ability. Maybe lose the archer keyword.
[6] •Sauron, The Great Eye [Sauron]
Strength: 4
Vitality: 5
Site: 4
Sauron cannot be assigned to skirmishes or be wounded by the free peoples player in any way.
Exert Sauron to play a [Sauron] or [Wraith] minion, that minion's twilight cost is -2.
Exert Sauron to make a minion strength +2 until the regroup phase.
Exert Sauron to make a minion Damage +1 until the regroup phase.
Exert Sauron to make a minion Fierce until the regroup phase.
This card has potential, but I am worried that it has potential to be broken. For 12, I get the Witch-king out, and he can be pumped +6 or damage +3, seems OP

I say Hobbit archer is much to good. Lose the archer keyward.
-
Ignore my comment on weaker base strength, as he can spot himself :x

Ok, I got rid of the archer part and lowered Sauron's vitality to 3. And I didn't know there was another Durin.

[3] •Durin, The Deathless [Dwarf]
Companion•Dwarf
Strength: 6
Vitality: 4
Resistance: 6
Damage +1.
Durin is strength +1 for each Dwarf you can spot.
Why not actually make him deathless? I'd make him [5] or [6] (he is, after all, the greatest lord of the Dwarves throughout history) and give him some kind of enduring or a clause that can prevent wounds to him maybe by discarding cards from the top of your deck, or something. I think that would fit the flavour and the subtitle awesomely.
[2] Hobbit Archer [Shire]
Companion•Hobbit
Strength: 4
Vitality: 4
Resistance: 8
Exert this companion to add 1 to the fellowship archery total. (Limit +1.)
This guy is unfortunately stupidly good even now and seems like a weird card to appear in the [Shire] culture. Give him vitality 3 and it would probably be fine. You also need a phase on this guy, like: "Archery:"
[6] •Sauron, The Great Eye [Sauron]
Strength: 4
Vitality: 3
This guy definitely needs some phases attached to those abilities, but is otherwise awesome.

To me, hobbit archer seems weird, does hobbits use bows and arrows? I thought they prefer throwing stones :)
-
At the end of RotK, during the NOLINKScouring of Shire, many of the hobbits are said to be excellent archers. ;)
