looking for decklists for Rohan villagers, tokens, Sauron Besieger, and Sauron besieger stacking.

This works as besieger deck, and it includes stacking components - so it might work for both types you were looking for!

Basic beatdown w/Pillagers (30):

2 Gorgoroth Agitator
4 Gorgoroth Assassin
3 Gorgoroth Pillager
4 Gorgoroth Soldier
2 Gorgoroth Swarm
3 Gorgoroth Troop
2 Siege Troop

3 Great Siege-towers
1 Grond, Hammer of the Underworld
1 Ithil Stone
2 Tower Walkway
3 Troop Tower

Control a site with Siege Troop or Troop Tower, then stack a Pillager with the Troop to make besiegers fierce. Agitator retrieves engines, Assassin is a cheap besieger to spot and messes with assignments, and Soldier prevents wounds (the last two are also good at surviving for Troop Tower).

To convert to a Movie block-type Troll bomb, drop the Pillagers and Troops, and add Great Hill Troll x4 and Troll of Gorgoroth x2-3, though the engines have to stick (might add a few more, too).
 
To convert to an Olog-hai of Mordor bomb, drop the Pillagers and Siege-towers, and add Gorgoroth Keeper x4 and Olog-hai of Mordor x4.

As an ending thought, something to watch for is having enough besiegers that don't need to spot other cards to play. Bit of a downer when you're holding a Walkway, Tower, and Agitator in hand, but no escort. Assassins, Soldiers, and Keepers are good bets.
