Thanks for making the option of a Poorman`s LotR area possible.

As for the Format rules: The way we play it (Gil-Estel, Mad Goblin and others) is actually quite balanced.

 Format Rules:

 The following cards are prohibited:
 - All cards on the Expanded and standard X-list
 - Rares
 - Rare +
 - Promos (0Pxx)
 - Ages End
 - Courtyard Parapet

 Enjoy this format!
-
				 What about R+?

-
also banned, not very poorman like, to own a few R+ cards :D

-
				 What about R+?

 fixed

Strictly speaking, poorman's format prohibits rares and promos only, but this variant seems fair. Cleaned up the grammar a tad bit, if you don't mind, and gave it a sticky!

-
				Why banning Courtyard Parapet?

-
Because with Nelya TotNR you could create a very easy Enquea LoM launch....

-
Is that format the official poorman's? The way I played it promos were allowed.

-
official poorman's.....that seems an oxymoron to me. This is how we play it, consider it our own format + you have some promo's that have been rares originally like Aragorn's Bow and such.

-
Which site path should it use? Shadows?

-
				yep

-
edit on the rules: also the standard x-list is prohibited. This way the demoralized/rapid reload combo doesn`t work.

 enjoy

-
I have a feeling you're just adding all of these rules yourself.

-
				I play it sometimes.

-
When I'll have some time, I think I'll post some Decks to see more action in here - actually, I think Poorman's is one of the best Formats.

-
i agree, it is a blast making poorman deck's.

-
				Less talking, more posting decks.

Is Archer of Mirkwood allowed? He's 5P121. If he is, what does his P mean if not promotional?
-
				premium.
