Title: Ultimate Gimli

 Here is a very fun deck. :twisted:

 Starting:
 Frodo, Weary From the Journey w/ The One Ring, The Ruling Ring
 Gimli, Counter of Foes
 Fror, Gimli's Kinsman

 Fellowship:
 Thrarin, Smith of Erebor
 Dwarven Warrior
 Hobbit Sword
 3x Heavy Axe
 3x Hand Axe
 3x Dwarven Bracers
 2x Dwarven Armor
 2x Disquiet of Our People
 4x Endurance of Dwarves
 4x Battle to the Last
 4x Awkward Moment
 2x Dwarven Skill
 3x Run Until Found
 2x Chamber of Records

 Basically, you load up Gimli Make him a beast. Use Disquiet of Our People to kill 2 or three. Use Heavy Axe + Run Until Found.

I always thought Counter of Foes was one of the best gimlis especially for a common. I think it would get alot more use if it weren't for Gimli BoG. Guess you dont want too big of a fellowship but it might be rough if you didnt draw the other companions early enough.

it'd be nice if you could combin counter of foes with fearless axeman to keep them from discarding your endurance of dwarves...

Yeah and a Gimli, BoG so frodo doesn't have to fight.
Maybe a new format: All companions are the same character.

I think Dwarven Bracers will have to do. I would add Great Day, Great hour, and maybe Till Durin Wakes Again or Gimli's Battle Axe, VW.

armor of khazad would do the job...though condition discard would still kill you ;)

even more fun: playing a no rare shadow in a normal format and win (did it several times against Gil-Estel)
