The fellowship focuses on Trust me gandalfsignets and Pipeweed to do some burden-, wound-, and twilight removal. It cycles. It uses threats. It`s nice, and extremely fun to play… but there`s a catch...
The shadow is your basic Mouth of Sauron, Saruman, last days combo but focuses on launching a fierce 20+ monster called Legion of Harad for practically no twilight.

Ring-bearer: Frodo Tired traveller
1x Gandalf The Grey Wizard (starting)
2x New-awakened
4x trust me as you once did
3x gandalfs pipe
4x merry rohirrim squire (pumps himself to a 9 strength, and helps Aragorn)
1x sam proper poet
3x the gaffers pipe
4x longbottom leaf
4x old toby
1x Boromir Defender of minas tirith
4x Aragorn Driven by need
3x Aragorns pipe
Shadow: (34)
4x The mouth of sauron Messenger of Mordor (gets pavise, last days, and laying in wait)
4x Saruman Coldly Still (does his possession thing)
4x Pavise (nice for toil and exertions)
3x Lying in wait (just a bonus)
3x bold easterling (superfun to discard and play 2 minions!)
4x Easterling scout (would change it into courageous easterling if I had one)
3x gathering strength (a surprise toil-bonus for overwhelming)
4x legion of harad (a beast!)
3x last days (key card, 3 times in case of getting discarded)
2x poleaxe (fiercemaking handweapon)
Sites:
Wold battlefield (the best: exert to make damage +1)
The Prancing pony (gets Boromir if you don’t draw Aragorn, but is not necessary)
Moria stairway (damage +1)
Helms gate (strength +2)
Ettenmoors (exert strength +2)
Falls of Rauros (lets you play Aragorn or Merry if one of them was killed early in the game)
+ 3 other sites
Won me two games against Gil-estel`s Elven-sitecontroll and Anarion`s Knights-ambushwounders.
Unfortunately there`s a catch. I got slaughtered yesterday on site 2 against Madgoblins Ringbound wounding rangers and uruk searchtrackers. I Made 18 twilight. he had 3 trackers 2 pumps 1 weary 1 many riddles and last but not least: 1 sarumans power. In hand!
I HAD 2 trust me`s out, HAD, but well….that`s the catch….

Are there any other longshot-warriors like me who like to use no-rare shadows in normal formats?

He can not Unc pipin from fotr can prevent tales from being discarded, but I don't think you play tales. Also you don't play only hobbit conditions, but also Gandalfs and therefore Scouring of the Shire has also no use. So there's no defence to prevent your conditions being discarded..., except maybe for 7R32 The Board Is Set.
Anyway.. I don't think you need Merry that many and you lack paths, servants of the secret fire and 3x Bilbo, Retired Adventurer to shuffle back your possesions.
Would drop:
3 xmerry
2x new awakened
1x the gaffers pipe
1x Aragorns pipe
1x gandalfs pipe
2x trust me as you once did
2x longbottom leaf
add:
3 or 4x bilbo
1x Frodo's pipe (you need more different pipes)
1 or 2x Bilbo's pipe
1 (2) there and back again
4x path
4x Servant of the Secret Fire
And I would not use onlu Gandalfsignet comps. For instance I would use Rare Merry from fotr.

sadly he can't do anything with it, haha.
Nowadays I drop 2 lying in wait for 2 bold and cunning
possessionremoval does not really benefit my cheap pavise but it gets rid of a key freeps possession of course, such as rangers bow or knights bow and such.
still its a cool deck, especially the shadow has high potential y`all should try it sometimes.
The freeps do extremely well as long as you don`t face condition removal... ](*,) but hey, thats the name of the game....
