Title: Promo Foil/Non-foil?

Does anyone know exactly which promos you can get a foil as well as a non-foil version of?

A list would be appreciated.

Are they the only 4 available in foil and non-foil?

There would have to be more than that?

What about cards like:
Arwen, Fair Elf Maiden (P) 

Does she come in foil/non-foil?

A complete list would be appreciated, if anyone knows them all.

That promo Arwen is only non-foil.

So those 4 you mentioned earlier are it total?

I thought there would have to be more, maybe I'm getting confused with promos/premiums...?

Gandalf, Leader of the company (P) ?
Can you get him foil/non-foil ?

That Gandalf is only foil.  The premium (starter deck 'promos') from the first ten sets are available in foil and non-foil.
