Okay, you think I've gone crazy. Blue, GREEN?!?!? mill? Yeah, that's right. Green's got mana just coming out their ears! Well, mana out of your ears makes it a LOT easier to do a bunch of fun stuff with mill cards.
Lotus Bloom x 4
Birds of Paradise x 4
Llanowar Elves x 4
Garruk x 2
Mana Reflection x 2
Forced Fruition x 4
Howling Mine x 4
Jace Beleren x 2
Traumatize x 3
Oona, Queen of the Fae x 3
Primal Command x 2
Cryptic Command x 4
Yavimaya Coast x 4
Reflecting Pool x 4
Pendelhaven
Forest x 6
Island x 7
This deck is a little bit rough draft, but the point is to ramp up mana and then let Forced Fruition work, helping it along with Oona. Mana Reflection doubles your mana, making it a lot easier to mill with Oona.

Since you're milling, I'd go ahead and add a little bit of oomph so you can actually survive to see it happen. Cut Lotus and use Search for Tomorrow (you don't want to "go out" on a big turn, but rather get more and more mana). Add a 3rd Garruk, and perhaps consider playing Fertile Ground (great sinergy with Garruk). Cut some copies of Oona and just play Primal Command, it's that great. I'd also cut the Elves and Birds, since they're too vulnerable, and pack Wall of Roots as an accelerator. Also, you know I'm all for alternative kill conditions, so I'd risk playing 2-3 Chameleon Colossus and OF COURSE 4 Tarmogoyfs, since they ARE cheap, and they WILL be huge, what with you milling them and such. I'd cut Howling MIne (tends to hurt more than to help) and probably Jace, you're better off playing counterspells (Rune Snag comes to mind). 1 Forced Fruition could go out (perhaps even 2) as well, for defense. Then, I'd play Terramorphic Expanse as a way to get lands in your graveyard, and probably Ponder as well.
