Title: Infinite Erland question

Just needed to get backed up on something, for these infinite the shire countryside combos to work you need a way to add burdens, right? my thought was that if there aren't burdens on the ringbearer then tSC won't activate.

Yes, you must have a burden before you can remove it and trigger TSC.

Right, though adding burdens is as easy as using The Great Ring. ;)
