this is the deck I'm building. i need advice on how good it'll work and how to make it better. im looking to make an elven archery deck.

i haven't worked out the adventure path yet but it will include battlegrounds rivers and forests.

First of all, try to keep it in a certain format. The way you are going now is Expanded, and in Expanded you will face nasty decks. In this section, Lothlorien, you will find the different formats and the rulings, read them carefully.
I don't know which cards you have, but this seems a bit of a mixture of what you have, rather than a focused Archery deck. And imho you need a focused deck when it comes to archery. It is often the case that when you play archery, the companions lack the strength to fight. So if anything survives archery, you can be in trouble. Good archery cards are:
Elven Marksmanship
Nocked
Legolas' Bow (shadows one)
Rumil, Silvan Elf
Orophin, Silvan Elf
Take up the Bow (very good, to deal with a minion that has to much vitality)
Eowyn, LoI (to deal with minions that make it to the skirmish)
Arwen, QoEaM
Sword of the Fallen
Woodhal Elf (to draw cards)
If you go expanded, and add cards from other sets, try to fit in stronger Elfs. Lose Gimli, ditch Severed his Bonds, replace it with Tale of the Great Ring, or Bounder, cause you can't cancel the RB skirmish.
Try to get those cards, some of them should really come cheap, maybe people are even willing to give them to you, but post your wants! Keep it up!

There are several ways to play Uruks: There are hunter-Uruks (Spot an [Uruk] huner to...), Resistence-Uruks (While you can spot an companion with resistance 5 or less...), Damage-Uruks (While you can spot an exhausted companion...)

But I can not help you further, as I am trying to build myself an Uruk deck these days.
