Title: Ithilien Trap

If I have 2 minions assigned to 2 companions and during the first skirmish my opponent wounds the minion not in the skirmish, does Ithilien Trap let him place a token for the companion assigned to the now dead minion?  Does the other companion win the skirmish even though he hasn't started his skirmish?

A Skirmish has to be already started that it can be won. So, in both cases: no.
