My question is: what Gandalf splashes are there to put in a rangers wounding build?
Also, which version of Faramir should I use? Captain of Ithilien for better healing AND isildur rb with aotwt OR should I go with Faramir rb?

That depends on which format your playing.

Your format of choice permitting, of course, I'd recommend the following Gandalfs, in no particular order:
The Grey Pilgrim - If your ranger deck is event-heavy, this might be just the thing you need to ensure you have such events in hand when you need them.
The White Wizard - Again, in event-heavy ranger decks, he might be just the ticket, turning twilight from events into strength for Gandalf.
Defender of the West - If neither of the others suit your fancy, this is pretty much a guaranteed 9-strength Gandalf. Hard to go wrong with that.
Leader of the Company - The ultimate can't-go-wrong splash Gandalf.
Gandalf, Returned - If you use [Gondor] tokens in your deck, then look no further. And as a bonus, he can pull a possession for himself, which is nice if you intend to toss only one or two copies of Gandalf in your deck.
So I guess it depends on your need. Hopefully you can figure out which of the above is best based on your deck. The only rare of the bunch is Returned...the others are either starters or commons, so you should be able to get your hands on any of them with no trouble at all.
For Faramir, I think it would be hard NOT to go with Captain of Ithilien as a starting option. If you really, really need roaming minions and can't get enough with the rest of your deck, though, then Bearer of Quality is the way to go. He'll guarantee you always have a roaming minion when you need one. Again, depends on how your deck is made up.

leader of the company is a super choice. I really like wise guide. He's great for canceling your opponents event cards, and he is always str 8.

That depends on which format your playing.
D'oh! In standard...
Bearer of Obligation is the way to go.
Huh? lol anyway, I get your mistake. I think I'll go with CoI.

Ah. Then it's down to Defender of the West or Leader of the Company for pure strength, or Gandalf, Returned for tokens and/or auto-possession-pulling. Your choice.

Doh! #-o Yeah, you know what I meant.
