hi guys.
with your siggustions in mind i have tried to construct a new and improved deck so here it is. tell me what you think and give me some pointers on how to improve it. thanks!

You do not need Legolas' Bow, as he is already Archer and you have hardly cards to use that bow. Your Healing is really bad, and there is no condition discard!
Healing and condition discard are two things, elves are known for. Think about Asfaloth, Swift Blossom, Farewell to Lorien, Elrond, Vernerable Lord or Lothlorien Guides, Namarie, Leaving forever, Hadhafang or Seclusion.
You only have two skirmish events - That is not much for Elrohir and Elladan. Think at Kindreds Estranged, Still Needed (City of the Trees Combo), Attunement and Defiance.
Celebring and Galadriels Silver Ewer are important for every single Galadriel, BoW Deck (as ringbearer)!
Try something like this:

Take up the Bow
Uncertain Future
Into the West
Glimpse of Fate

Reckless we Rode
As there are only 5 companions, you do not need fear Invincable Uruk, Black Assassin, Gorgoroth Swarm and others...
Nenya heals your companions, make you loose initiative for glimpse of Fate and gives an elf Card for Legolas. Legolas makes with his wound Rumil an Archer.
For surviving minions, you use the Still Needed, City of trees, Glimpse of Fate Combo, to make minions strength -4 each skirmish.
This way, you get a lot of tokens on Namarie and Uncertain future with Silver Ewer. Uncertain Future provides you an elf Cards, as Nenya does. With tokens, you get your Elven Marksmanship, spied from Afar and Take up the bow back into play with Gil-Galad.
So you can discard those conditions, if you need them, every turn.
Into the West removes threats, taken by Weapons of Lothlorien. As you already know, there is an elven card, you do not need to fear a shadowcard (Again, Nenya, Still Needed, Uncertain Future).
If you wish more a Greenleaf like Legolas, you could actually use Skeptical Guide as well. Just add another Into the West and enjoy the show!

Throne of Isengard (make Lurtz fierce!)
Broken Heirloom is nice too.
maybe play Siege bow, Anduin Banks, Doorway to Doom and Stewards Tomb to keep the fellowship exhausted.
