you could dump a lurtz for a balrog since it is fotr block.

Isnt rare saruman infinite better, making them all fierce AND wound prevention?

it is, but I don't own one.  I play with physical cards, and that is one physical card I never bought... not sure why.

I'd consider dropping 1x Wizard Storm and 1x Saruman's Snows to grab another 1x Saruman and 1x A Fell Voice on the Air.

I don't think Uruk-hai armory is really necessary, especially since you don't currently have a Saruman's Power in the deck (one of the best events in the game!).  Saruman's Power won't affect your weather conditions (as they're discarded at the end of the turn anyway, so just play Saruman's Power first and THEN play the weather condition), so it'll only affect your Tower of Orthanc.  Definitely worth a copy, imo!

I'd also think about getting a Tower Assassin or two in there.  Elrond with Vilya will ruin your day.  =(

The fell voice is an awesome Idea!  I never thought about that.
