I need a clarification on Howdah.
My understanding is that you can take multiple "at the start of" actions as long as they are separate. Thus although you cannot remove say four tokens from Howdah at the start of the archery phase to make the minion archery total plus 2, you can remove tokens from multiple Howdahs to increase the archery total.
Is this correct? ???

I would think that is correct. I'm still fairly new to the and I haven't played any of the War block yet, but that's how I would try to play it.
I could be wrong though.

Right, you can remove tokens from multiple Howdahs, but each Howdah triggers only once.

Multiple copies of Howdah is a pretty key part of a good [Men] archery deck. I've been on BOTH ends of it, and it's...painful.

Thanks for the clarification! :)

Ya, Howdah is good for any [Men] archer deck and it combos sweetly w/ Desert Wind. Voice + Desert Wind + Mouth = AWESOMNESS!!!!!!!!!! (toss in Grima for more fun).

Duh. Desert Wind! I don't know why I did not make that connection before. My deck is going to be much improved. Thanks!
