Once I got my hands on a Gandalf Returned, I wanted to build a Wizards deck...Just Gandalf, Radagast and Gandalf followers. Haven't tried it out yet, but looks fun.
Frodo, Resolute Hobbit
The One Ring, The Great Ring
Gandalf, Returned
Gandalf, Leader of the Company X 2 (1 Starting)
Radagast, The Brown X 3
Gwaihir, The Windlord
Meneldor, Misty Mountain Eagle
Pallando, Far-Travelling One
Alatar, Final Envoy
Glamdring, Foe-Hammer
Shadowfax, Roaring Wind
Gandalf's Staff, Ash-Staff
Radagast's Staff
Radagast's Herb Bag
Sting, Bane Of The Eight Legs
Sent Back X 3
Not The First Halfling X 2
Sudden Fury X 2
Moment Of Respite
The Tale Of The Great Ring
Saved From The Fire X 4
For A While Less Dark X 3
Terrible And Evil X 2
Borne Far Away
*The idea is to burn Gandalf, Leader of the Company as soon as possible to grab Gandalf, Returned, Sent Back and whatever else depending on the hand.
*Play Sent Back to play Gandalf, Returned...play Shadowfax, Roaring Wind from either the deck or discard pile.
*This will add tokens to Not the First Halfling.
*If "Returned" dies, play Borne Far Away to exchange an extra copy of "Leader of the Company" or Radagast, The Brown with "Returned" in the dead pile...play "Returned" and Shadowfax, Roaring Wind, triggering Not the First Halfling again.
*For A While Less Dark (Spell) is there for the followers.
*Radagast's Herb Bag is triggered with "For A While..." and Terrible And Evil.
*Alatar, Final Envoy also triggers Not The First Halfling.
*This deck needed some Frodo help so I decided on Sudden Fury as an appropriate addition. Gandalf can help to pump up Sudden Fury as well.
*NOTE: I'd like to keep this deck strictly to Gandalf and Radagast. Thoughts?

Terrible and Evil or Out of the High Airs could help this deck, but it would need some healing..
btw i like the idea of deck just with these two wizards and RB :)
-
I would definitely recommend 4x Saved From the Fire. You can always use the Age's End Ring as help for fighting Frodo. Foe-Hammer would then be a must to remove the burdens.
-
If your real crazy you could play bearer of obligation and use radagast..................... ........
-
Well, that is not that crazy - just a challenge and competive. However, you are forced to play any Smeagol than, unless you want to play a crazy deck =).
-
*Added a 4th copy of Saved From The Fire
*Added 2 Sudden Furys
*Considering The Great Ring for Frodo and Foe-Hammer for Gandy
*Healing is still an issue...
*Moment of Respite, Have Patience?

Seems like Foe-Hammer and The Great Ring is the way to go. Going to try and add a Moment of Respite too.
-
What about the Tale of the Great ring to protect the RB even more?
-
While The great ring is cool.. it leaves frodo very vulnerable to Gollum, DaD + Little Snuffler early game.
-
You have to add a burden to get it to work though. Just don't add burdens till it is dire. On a completly different note, A friend of mine built a deck with 4 gandalf returned and 4 sent backs, that was fun. He could kill gandalf willy-nilly to avoid powerful minions and bring him back like no one's business

My point is Gollum + Little Snuffler can kill your ringbearer in the shadow phase.. No chance to use The Great Ring
