is there a card that can make a site a plains. Thorins harp for mountains, uruviel for forest, what about plains?

Evil-Smelling Fens for marsh. Final Strike makes any site nine a mountain.

I don't know about plains though, but for some reason I remember there is one.

There is a condition that you play on a site that makes that site gain the plains keyword. it's from MD set i think, but i cant recall the name right now. If you search for it on database you should be able to find.
