ive been fighting my much loved Firefox for a few weeks now. slow speeds, crashes, annoying freezes. so i decided to see about this google chrome. i love google. gmail has changed my life and the calender on there has made me a much better person. so, as of 15 minutes ago, i will never turn back to firefox. good bye crashes and slow speeds, as well as making my facebook tweak like a heroine addict with out his fix. ive found a new love, her name is google.
sorry, im just super stoked... go look it up, give it a try. its sleek and awesome!

Firefox has given me no reason to abandon her.
But Incognito-mode sounds great for looking at inappropriate subject matter for work.

This quote went from "looking at porn" to "looking at stuff at work" in the moment that I hit reply. :o

Surely it didn't...
I've gotten myself into trouble on this site for some of the things I've said. So I moderated myself.

Frankly, if you have Firefox customized to all of your favorite settings with your favorite add-ons (Abe Vigoda tracker is the best one. Yep, still alive) then you don't need to switch.
Chang is right that it is sleek, but you can customize Firefox endlessly to probably make it just as sleek. And as for speed, that is a computer issue more than a browser issue in most cases.
That said, I like it. I'll try it out for a few more days and make a more educated decision.

My Firefox browser looks as sleek as Chrome with a Chrome theme.
Here's my verdict:
Chrome wins SPEED. Especially JavaScript, which is important to me for certain websites. So I use Chrome for those, and it is incredible.
Firefox wins overall because of its EXTENSIBILITY. I cannot browse without AdBlockPlus, and, closely related, FlashBlock. I also have about 10 or so other addons that improve my browsing experience.

Firefox is badass. I really do like the quick bar up top to save favorites.
