Okay, so I'm trying to help a friend with his deck and need a couple things.

1: Gandy and Hobbit choke stuff.
2: Gandy healing stuff.

Basically, the deck uses the Gandy that nabs comps from the discard pile with Merry and Pip that discard themselves in skirmish. He also as Gandy's Staff for skirmish cancellation, and the Great Ring to have Frodo fight (and burden peeling).

Any help?

Does Gandy even have choke stuff?

There's Habits of Home for hobbits, but that'd be pretty much limited to Frodo, since Merry and Pip get discarded.
And if we're talking expanded, there's Reluctant Adventurer to cut down a little bit of costs for Frodo's stuff....

Managed to get most of the stuff from your checklist except for the Gandalf healing stuff, which tends to be expensive. Also tried to make it relatively easy to build. ;) It's designed with a Shadow kill in mind so I packed in Risk a Little Light and Robin Smallburrow for cycling, and His First Serious Check to hopefully knock out some goodies.

For tweaks I might switch Merry to Impatient Hobbit for extra Gandalf healing, or switch Gandalf to Leader of the Company and use the bouncing Hobbits instead.

To help with healing you could just put Traveled Leader to good use rotating Mithlond/Neekerbreeker's Bog at appropriate times.
