Hi, couldn't it be interesting playing tournaments with restriction on how many rares one could have in the deck?? Say if you only could have 7 rare cards and 14 uncommon cards on each side.. It would give play to many cards that people don't really play with normally. And people would have to be creative when constructing thier decks.

What are your thoughts ?

Sounds fine to me. Or, how about a poorman's deck? No rares (uncommons/commons are fine).
