Finally gotten around to listing my favourite decks that I didnt want to sell even though Ill never play again. But now im playing magic there really doesnt seem any reason to keep them.

The idea is to give anarion vitality and then make him defender +X and play a couple of strength pumps per round. This way he can easily take 3 or 4 good quality minions a turn and often overwhelm each one.

Throw out as many possessions as fast as possible. The little cheap guys are for spotting for the troll, but as a bonus they get bigger if you happen to have initiative. Gollum uses evil smelling fens if you need a troll and havent got one.

A collection of the best 1 or 2 cost minions that work independant of anything else as a bonus. As the real plan is to drop sauron at as many region 2 and 3 sites as possible using what is effectively Toil Region X.

This deck never lost me a match. Ever. Stuff just dies before skirmish as denethor discards possessions like dirt. Then direct wounding sees off everything. Anything that makes it through is facing at least a 10 strength guy usually anyway.

Gimli protects your conditons as the key is to stack stuff on loyalty unshaken and preparations such as slaked thirsts or a skirmish pump that sindri can play off them. Very easy to get massive strength dwarves this way.

Discard/Play your tentacles as fast as possible so theyre in your discard. Start dropping the watcher every turn you can. Any turn you cant use gollum and evil smelling fens to get him back. The balrog is just for an alternate bit of fun as foul things, dark places and durins tower work on him as well.

Play an artisan every turn you can and get him back with hordes and drop an orc spear on someone else. Generates masses of twilight if youre controlling the site path by going second or using unforgiving depths for underground sites. Use the scavenging goblins to get your spears back or hordes to get a goblin to get a spear etc.. The other guys all just compliment this by adding threats and getting buffs.

Control the top cards of your deck to drop massive attunement bonuses basically. The pumps also make the brothers immense. Pretty solid deck really.
