Sure, but set 9 is part of Movie Block...

The reason cancelling skirmishes with the Ring-Bearer was disallowed was because of the Alternate Ring-Bearers (Isildur, Bearer of Heirlooms with Curse Them? Craziness!)

VoN isn't much of a threat in Movie block, though.
