You have no cards to remove burdens. Add something like Tom Bombadil, Tom Bombadil's Hat, A Light in his mind or the nine fingered Frodo

Well, it affects both, but not as a hobbit farmer game text. Otherwise this would be an amazing deck!

Caves of Aglarond specifies this site, so it wont work I'm afraird, as even though the Farmer (theoretically) gains that text, you never move to that site in the regroup phase.
