As for that, I play with my cousin that you can cancel skirmishes, but only if it's Frodo, Sam or Bilbo.
I think that would be a nice solution for this problem.

I really think it is lame that the RB's skirmishes can't be cancelled.  I know as a shadow player you work hard to get that skirmish, but a good deck can and should be able to get that skirmish time and time again.  However, if they are going to make a no cancelling RB skrimishes, there should be special cards that allow you to cancel a skirmish involving a RB.  I know this conversation  has been hashed again and again, but that is my two cents... take it or leave it. (Please leave it so I can come pick it up later.)
