Well, I tried to build a Deck with just cards from the first Set, FotR, which is my favorite after Black Rider, though.
4x Goblin Scavengers
4x Goblin Runner
4x Goblin Wallcrawler
1x Ancient Chieftain
1x Guard Commander
4x Goblin Armory
3x Goblin Swarms
3x Relics of Moria
4x Moria Axe
4x Goblin Scimitar
Well, the goal is to just drop some minions with Goblin Swarms and Goblin Armory, adding masses of Twilight by playing Goblin Axe and, most useful, Goblin Scimitar which let's you draw another card and then Swarm the opponent with armed Goblins, then stack them on Goblin Swarms, and play all the possions with Relics of Moria again and again.
I didn't try it out before, so, could you give me some suggestions?

You have far too few minions. 14 minions just won't cut it in a [Moria] deck; in fact, my average swarm is something like 14 minions.
You have no way of replaying them from discard, so consider They Are Coming (lets you discard weapons you can just grab again with Relics of Moria). Considering the idea of going with big [Moria] minions, wouldn't having a Cave Troll with his cudgel do you some good? I think you need some vitality in there to survive the archery phase, which is too common in FoTR Block.
What is the point of Moria Axe if you aren't going to use higher vitality guys to exert for the bonus? Goblin Flankers, Troll's Keyward, Archer Commander, you may as well throw in some Dark Places if you are going the unique minion route...

Just to put it into perspective, a 32 card [Moria] deck should have about 20 minions if you are going for swarm. In Movie Block, my 37 card deck has 24 minions.

I agree with everything ket said so far.
You need archery protection. If you use Goblin Flankers and Troll (maybe with chain), you should be alright. You also need Enquea or Nerta for crowd control.
