I watched it while I played RISK last night. The halftime show was great. The stage was AMAZING.

And I lost at Risk.

Lol... I hate risk because it's always the same, my sis and bro team up, kill me, then one (usually my sis) surrenders to the other, so I always come in dead last.

I've been a Saints fan all of my life and I never thought the day would come seeing them win the Super Bowl.  This has been an unbelievable year for me, the Alabama Crimson Tide won the National title in college football and the Saints won the Super Bowl.

The Biggest One Day Sports Event in the world.. It is sad that I have a hard time seeing it, not only is it hard to find a channel here that displays it, also due to the timedifference it shows from like 12:00 AM till 4:30 AM, and taken in consideration that I have to get up at 6:30, it is a bit too much....

Youre wrong there GE, as of last year the UEFA Champions League is officially bigger than the Superbowl. I read the report only last month that said the final last year was watched by several million more than the NFL for the first time ever, replacing it as the most watched sports event in the world.

I watch Champions League every year, and this year, the FCZ (Football Club Zürich, which is my "home-club") was in there, too, so AC Milan and Realm Madrid where in here and I saw C. Ronaldo, Ronaldihno & Co. live!!! (I was in the arena, 3rd rank or somewhat)

Depends how you define BIGGEST - doesn't Daytona and Indianapolis draw the BIGGEST one day crowds for a sport event? Either way - big sport events - love them!

Has anyone out there ever heard of an event called the Bathurst 1000 - this is my favourite  sporting event of the year. Not as big an event as other world sporting events, but big by Aussies standards.

When we have sport events (car-racing) in Australia, the cars have to dodge the kangaroos

Anyway, I will make sure I will see the NBA allstar game next week. My pupils will see a tired, but satisfied teacher I guess. Biggest All Star game ever right? New stadium in Dallas right? 80.000 people I read somewhere...

Have you ever seen a Champions League soccer match? Your post doesn't seem like that at all....
And btw, the FCZ won 0:1 in Milan against AC and played 1:1 in Zürich against them.

what i think is funny is that if a 40 year old baseball player started churning out career highs in a lot of statistical categories, the steroids jokes would start, but for brett favre, who did the same thing this year, the announcers and sports columnists praise his ironman streak instead.
