a few thoughts...
Free Peoples: shoot 'em up bid to go first and play preparations, sam to remove burdens, everyone will be exerting except frodo and legolas, so cycle wounds onto them using aragorn's ability, slaked thirsts to take care of enquea the turn you play sam, then you can kill him off in skirmish, eowyn and aragorn are your fighters, you can generally throw out 3-4 archery a turn, eowyn will kill the rest, brego for the heal and to make sure whoever is skirmishing eowyn is wounded at least once, legolas cycles as well as saving frodo's but every now and then.
Shadow: If you don't get a goblin swarms, mulligan, it's that simple, put your minions on swarms early then swarm at later sites, the balrog and enquea to thin out the fellowship before you do, host of moria to get your swarms and assorted minions back, wallcrawler to help out against archery, sneak to throw dead minions back, they are coming cycles as well as helps you go in for the kill.
a few wonderings
Free Peoples: so far it's worked out with defend and hope and aragorns bow both exerting, however, it seems like he could get killed by a well played hate, so defend it and hope or not?
Shadow: Ancient Chieftain is a possible, maybe take out a balrog, or a host of moria, or a guard commander, but he seems slightly expensive so ancient chieftain or not?

That Shadow seems familiar... (http://lotrtcgdb.com/forums/index.php/topic,2796.0.html)
I say "no" to Ancient Chieftain. I would recommend Goblin Scrabbler, as Glimpse of Fate and other [Elven] conditions seem to be the biggest trouble for a swarm. He's also cheaper than your Goblin Wallcrawler.
Anduril, Flame of the West cannot be used with Aragorn's Bow.

dump the balrog for 2 more copies of host of moria. I agree with ket on the scrabbler. you may also consider replacing a few minions with goblin warrior. This will allow you, with the help of the scrabbler, to dump elf and dwarf conditions.
consider king's blade if you're dead set on using an artifact weapon for aragorn.

You use Frodo so I suggest you use 4 Shadowplay.
I don't really like Defend it and hope outside of TT block. You should have at least 2 Aragorn's bow because it's an important card.
You should have more healing stuff. I also prefer Legolas, Greenleaf. You could remove the hand axe and the defend it and hope.

Just an idea...
Shake Off the Shadow
Gondor Bowmen
Might of Numenor
Gimli's Battle Axe, Trusted Weapon
Ring of Guile
All good ideas...
Of course, Gimli, Bearer of Grudges, Legolas, Dauntless Hunter, Pippin, Wearer of Black and Silver, and Merry, Friend to Sam make for a great Shadowplay / Unheeded deck...

changed a bit
im not dead set on using an anduril, just forgot about flame of the west's text...
i know, more healing would be nice but i can't find any card in movie that has a blanket effect like farewell to lorien...
except might of numenor, but that always seemed so sketchy to me...frodo is there more to heal then to wound minions...
-
Considering Eowyn isn't in your starting fellowship and that you a running a 38/38 deck, I think you should remove at least 2 Rohirrim Javelin otherwise your hand will be clogged if you start drawing them before you have Eowyn.

Might of Numenor is a little sketchy, but I have never been truely disappointed by it. Might of Numenor is an excellent choice.
I'm curious, Lego, if you wanted, you could use Ranger's Sword, but you chose the knife, is it on account of its wounding ability?

Double Shot may actually be better than Rohirrim Javelin as it cost 0. You probably don't really need the strength bonus from the Javelin anyway.
-
@jdizzy, yes, because of it's skirmish ability
@clock, i know that double shot is cheaper, but it's also a rare so the chances of me getting 4x of them are low, especially since it is a quality rare, and sometimes it is better to have the 1 strength if say there's an attea or toldea out there, in case they're playing all veils removed

There are several skirmish events that will hurt you more than All Veils Removed. But point taken.
I still think a smaller deck (34-34) would be more conducive to Rainbow Wounding. Two copies of Gimli's Battle Axe, Trusted Weapon and a copy of Ring of Guile to grab your Quick As May Be would be far more helpful than four Hand Axe. In fact, I find a lot of your possessions to be superfluous. Either focus on wounding or focus on weapons.
Aragorn's Bow, Eowyn's Sword, Dernhelm's Blade and Brego are obvious exceptions, but Ranger's Sword? Really? I'd rather see Might of Numenor or Shake of the Shadow in those two slots.
And no matter how you look at it, Double Shot is what you need.

3 Host of Moria may be a bit too much because they are easily going to be stacked on Goblin Swarms and you still can play them from your discard pile so 2 would be enough. I also tend to only put 1 Goblin Scrabbler and 1 Goblin Warrior per deck because you can always grab them back using They are Comming anyway. Same thing for Guard Commander. You could add 4 Moria Scout, they can take an archery wound without dieing. Gorgoroth Servitor can also be a decent splash minion even if it's not as good as Isengard Warrior, it's only taking 1 card slot.

It's funny how we all would play the same deck differently and still achieve very similar results. Aww, the joy of cards games
