Ugh. Family Guy is the Ali Dia of animated comedies.
On the other hand, South Park is the Pelé.

I am not. The problem with Family Guy is that it could be really funny. But it is not because it is just a collection of gags.

Probably Beckham. Overdone, always hurting, and no one's quite sure if it will ever be back. ;)

Quite witty. It's a shame...I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for Futurama. But I really don't want it to come back. Their "feature-length" movies have been abominations.

Did you know that South Park, Family Guy and Futurama are just similar versions of the Simpsons, the main idea got copied but the aren't so succesful as the original one.

False. Futurama is a side project made by Matt Groening, the creator of The Simpsons.
South Park was not and has not ever been a similar show to The Simpsons; in fact, many members of The Simpsons' staff have complimented Trey Parker and Matt Stone for creating an animated show that will have it's own legacy separate of the Simpsons. The 14th season of South Park debuts tonight. That makes it among the longest animated series in America.
Family Guy has been lambasted by the writers of South Park, The Simpsons, King of the Hill, America's three most popular prime-time animated television writing staffs, for its poor writing, gag humor, and poorly-conceived plots.

Family Guy doesn't really have plots. It's just something to enjoy and laugh at when you want to shut your brain off for 30 minutes. That being said, I do enjoy it haha.

While I generally agree with all the comments directed against Family Guy, I still find myself laughing the most when I watch it as opposed to any of the other animated options. Surprisingly I find even the newest Simpsons to be very dated in their writing and style (translation: not as funny as 125 years ago).
The only show I find as humorous as FG is Robot Chicken.
