Only in the online version.

Triumph and !Menace require computerized calculations and cannot be implemented in print form (although some people have tried to approximate them, such as here (http://lotrtcgdb.com/forums/index.php/topic,4174.0.html)).

The set was tested, and genreal feelings were that they were too powerful (according to the decipher message boards.)  however, 0W6 would have been a great card.  Imagine, The dunadan, wound a minion at the start of the manuver phase. NO MORE ENQUEA!  WOO HOO!

Can't we fix that problem? Each couple of weeks somebody appears with "does this card exist?" and a link to a Triumph/Menace Series Card!

I agree. There should probably be a note on each card that says online only.
