Is it just me or has everything on this site gone whacked.
Everything is like a half german half english mix. Like someone is purposfully taking the piss.
(for you non aussies taking the piss means making a joke at everyone elses expense).
Is there a setting i can change to get it back to 100% english please its doing my head in reading like a #$&*@!.

To turn it off, go to (on Firefox)
Tools > Options > And then disable JavaScript and Java.
Thanks to ket_the_jet for the help, saying that his phone didn't show it.

That's what I said. Or at least, that's what it appears I said.
-
This is a day brightener and I like it.
I like how this carries on to the card titles in the card indexes.
-
Good gracious! :P
-
lol
It seems to be a new trend to have April Fools Eve jokes. This is great!!!
-
So now it is all bork bork bork manually changed?
Kralik's determined....
to drive prospective new members away.
-
This is hilarious

^See subject line^
-
^subject lines ftw^
-
It's the 31st.
-
I preferred the faux swedish.
-
man, I can't believe I missed ALL of this.
and for those of you complaining about pre-April 1st shenannigins, come on. No one takes anything seriously any more on 1/4, you have to catch people off-guard.
-
I take things very seriously on January 4th!
-
heh, I figured enough people here would use the dd/mm notation I could use it without qualms. oh well.
-
dd/mm/yyyy is more logical... like the metric system. But we are a bit backwoods in the US.
-
I got hooked on it while I was in the south pacific...sometimes I wonder why america does crap like that different. It's like the whole stinking country is doing the scientific standard equivalent of lip studs and mohawks, just for the heck of it.
-
USA! USA! USA!
-
dd/mm/yyyy is more logical... like the metric system. But we are a bit backwoods in the US.
yeah but the mm/dd/yyyy follows speech order, for example, you say "January Fourth" not "The Fourth of January"
-
The Fourth of July? Cinco de Mayo? Speech order in which country, language and time period? ;)
-
I like yyyy/mm/dd for sorting purposes. :P
-
for example, you say "January Fourth" not "The Fourth of January"
You might say that. We say 'The fourth of January'.
(Which is my birthday) :P
EDIT: Changed inches to feet, for Jerba. :)
-
For the record, I dislike inches. :)

So when someone asks you the date you would say "the sixth of April?"
-
no...he would say "eet's tha seexth ahv Epril".
-
L3333, I wonder if things like "January 4th" are said that way because WE already write them that way. Speech based off of writing, not vice versa, perhaps.
I do like YYYY-MM-DD for sorting files as well.

Yes.
