I have reached my goal! I have a complete collection

Fellowship of the Ring: complete
Mines of Moria: complete ánd foil
Realm of the Elf-Lords: complete
Two Towers: complete
Battle of Helms Deep: complete
Ents of Fangorn: complete
Return of the King: complete
Siege of Gondor: complete
Reflections: complete
Mount Doom: complete
Shadows including RF: complete
Black Rider including RF: complete
Bloodlines including RF: complete
Expanded Middle Earth: complete
The Hunters including RF: complete
Rise of Saruman including RF: complete
Treachery and Deceit including RF: complete
Ages End: complete

It was quite a struggle to complete my collection, and it costed me more that I want to remember. New horizons are to be discovered though. Maybe someday I want the Masterwork foils, which are way too expensive nowadays. Maybe I'm trying to collect a foil collection of all the 1-10 sets, maybe, only maybe I'm trying to collect the promo's.
First my goal is to obtain playsets...wish me luck ;)

Collecting promos was fun up until Shadows, when Decipher decided to make it impossible to get them all. I had a pretty good collection (read: perfect) until that point... when I gave up out of frustration.

Hey !! That's awesome news, GE, congratulations!! What an accomplishment!

I once had the collection from 1 to 12 but ultimately i traded more than half of it for NK's SWCCG collection, so that was the end of the line for me in collecting :D Now i only keep cards I use for playing.

Congrats again! Enjoy your collection and spend some more money with a cool binder for it ;)

that is exactly what I will do next. Too bad that Topps has nice lotr maps, but they are bound to fellowship, two towers and return of the king...so I'll be searching some more....Thanks Leo!

no, found them too expensive, but now I've reached this, I'll probably look further in to it..maybe I will start collecting those now.

well, my dear friend, I did, but at that time it didn't occur to me...and I will not spend a lot of money on them. Will try hardcore trading though ;)
