The fellowship is a Gondor deck helped by Gandalf that is built to be able to beat most condition-based and possession-based shadows with Derufin, Roll of Thunder, Deep in Thoughts and Brooding on Tomorrow. I've decided to make a deck that has a lot of skirmish events, which I something rarely do. However, Swordarm of the White Tower and Sharpen Your Swords gives Aragorn and Garrison of Gondor an instant +4 which makes them pretty good. Mulligan if you don't get Aragorn in your first hand and if you draw Garrison before you have him, just discard it and you will get it later anyway.
The shadow is pretty epic as well. It uses Depths Of Moria and Constantly Threatening to stop your opponent from double-moving. The good thing about Constantly Threatening is that you can keep it in your hand if you are scared that it will get discarded and play it only if your opponent is brave enough to double-move. Basically, you can discard all your [Dunland] Man as soon as you draw them to make sure that you have enough guys in the discard pile when comes the time to use Constantly Threatening. Do not play them during your first Shadow phase if you know that they will be killed, it would just be a waste of twilight. I've also built another version of this deck which used Gollum, Plotting Deceiver and some discard [Dunland] guys combined with Final Strike for an additional protection. I don't know which one is actually more effective.

What do you do if they DON'T double move?

I move faster with my fellowship.

this is a really clever idea cwork, i like that you mixed goblins and dunheads

I liked it, specially the fellowship idea, i had a very similar deck in the past and it works pretty good.
You definetly need barlin in this deck cause he can get back the event you need most at a given time, so i would replace a sharpen your swords fot him.
The shadow have some really bad matchups but i also like the idea. When i got time i can see if i get some suggestion to it.

Barliman Butterbur is a very good idea.
