I always loved themed decks, this one is all about twilight Witch King. This deck definitely dies against IB, dies against elven combatants and probably dies against knights... otherwise, its fun :)
4x The Witch King, Lord of the Nazgul
3x Ulaire Enquea, Lieutenant of Mogul
3x The Pale Blade, Sword of Flame
4x Fell Beast
3x Ring of Rancor
2x Ring of Asperity
1x Out of Sight and Shot
2x Not Easily Destroyed
2x His Terrible Servants
3x Resistance Becomes Unbearable
4x Wraith-World
It must be 30 card deck, FP probably something like ents + wizard is never late, gondor + denethor or rohan with 4x simbelmyne. I actually prefer ents, wizard is never late and ottar man of laketown. Give your coments as usual :)

Ooooh, I love these Decks so much! Nazzies where my fovirite culture from the Beginning of the game, and especially the with-king, LotN is one of my favorites. I posted about 3 or 4 Decks of him at TLHH even though I know the only formats where he's playable are FotR Block, TS and maybe Movie....
But I must say, this Deck dies against nearly everything in Casual. Try this one (klick me!). (http://lotrtcgdb.com/forums/index.php/topic,3971.0.html)

I will add a few ideas I am thinking about:
Grima, Wormtongue
Saruman, Black Traitor
Sarumans Power
Sarumans Snows
All Veils Removed
Grima is good: 3 vitality for 2 points is good against archery, help against dwarves (Durin) and is needed for two tricks. Black Traitor is possible addition to Grima, but probably not needed.
Sarumans Power kicks the knights, Sarumans snows kicks the elven telepathy, dwarf pumps, knight exhaustion probably (they cant use their abilities and exertation of which king is not skirmish ability, so you are ok).
All Veils Removed is good pump with Resistance Becomes Unbearable.
