Title: War of the Ring Anthology

I see these on eBay all the time but only for the cards. Was there a slip cover for the anthology box itself and was there an included card list like in the previous three anthology boxes? If so does anyone here have them?

I don't know about the slip-cover, but it definitely did not come with a card list.
