what does his second ability mean??? exert bearer? bearer of what? a warg? of Orkish Warg-master himself? or just exert himself?

It has been clarified to read: exert Orkish Warg-master

Instead of: exert bearer

Can warg be played on Orcish warg-master? Orcish warg-master doesn't say that he is a warg rider...

Nope, he's not a warg-rider, or of the [Isengard] culture.
