looks a bit broken ...... Decipher may have got to this by set 37 ... after all of the power creep in the previous sets ...

I told it once and I tell it again:

Add to the description of the card: "this card doesn't exist, it was just an online card" or something like that, please...  [-o< [-o< [-o<
